These Terms of Use govern the access and use of the WelcomeQR application ("the Platform"), published by WelcomeQR.
The Platform allows hosts (individuals or professionals) to create digital guest guidebooks accessible via QR code. Account creation is required to access the guidebook creation features.
Users agree to provide accurate information during registration. Users are responsible for the content published in their guidebooks (texts, codes, information) and agree that this content is not illegal or contrary to good morals.
The general structure, texts, images, sounds, and videos composing the Platform are the property of the publisher. Any representation or reproduction is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
When using the Platform, personal data may be collected (email, name). These data are processed in compliance with current laws.
WelcomeQR reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be asked to accept the new Terms upon login.
The chatbot integrated into the digital guidebook is an automated virtual assistant. The information provided by the AI has no contractual value. In case of doubt regarding safety instructions, access codes, or equipment usage, the Guest is required to contact their Host directly.
Messages entered into the chatbot are processed and hosted anonymously or pseudonymized for the purpose of generating responses via certified sub-processors (OpenAI / Google Cloud) in compliance with European regulations. The user consents to the processing of this data for the use of the assistant.
