These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between WelcomeQR ("the Service Provider") and any natural or legal person ("the Customer") subscribing to a paid plan on the WelcomeQR application.
WelcomeQR offers a SaaS (Software as a Service) allowing hosts to generate and manage digital guest guidebooks accessible via QR codes. The different plans and prices are presented on the pricing page.
Our subscription prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes. Subscriptions are billed either at current launch rates or standard cumulative graduated tiers (Graduated Pricing). The total amount due for a given volume of properties corresponds strictly to the cumulative addition of successive filled tiers: Tier 1 (1 to 4 properties): €8.00 / property; Tier 2 (5 to 6 properties): €7.00 / property; Tier 3 (7 to 9 properties): €6.50 / property; Tier 4 (10th property): €6.00 / property; Tier 5 (11 to 15 properties): €4.00 / property; Tier 6 (16+ properties): €3.00 / property. A 15% discount is applied to annual billing. Payment is securely processed by credit card via our payment provider Stripe.
Subscriptions are concluded for a period of one (1) month or one (1) year, renewable by tacit agreement. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time from their client area (Dashboard). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
According to legal provisions, Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by accepting immediate execution of the service (creation of the digital guidebook), the Customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal. Additionally, a free trial period is generally offered.
WelcomeQR undertakes to provide the service with diligence but is only bound by an obligation of means. WelcomeQR cannot be held liable for service interruptions due to technical problems beyond its control.
WelcomeQR provides an artificial intelligence response generation service based on data entered by the Client in the modular sections. WelcomeQR cannot be held liable for any financial losses, guest claims, or rating downgrades on booking platforms (OTAs) resulting from an erroneous, incomplete, or hallucinated response generated by the AI.
The host acknowledges being the sole guarantor of the vectorized information in their database. They commit to regularly checking the accuracy of their listings.
The host agrees that WelcomeQR acts as a technical intermediary platform for Stripe Connect and automatically deducts a 3% technological service fee on each approved upsell transaction.
